Tried pressing the download button and sends me to a website saying "The Site Can't Be Reached."

When I tried downloading the exploit, it sends me to another tab that says "Site Can't Be Reached." I tried turning off my anti-virus and firewall. And still it didn't work. I deleted any third party anti-virus and still, it didn't work. Can someone help me?
