he is asking if you have any background anti-viruses, or if there is an anti-virus that you arent aware that is enabled, some pc's come with pre-installed anti-viruses, check task manager and background processes to check if there is any hidden ones

@LONG no antivirus i checked only windows defender and im fully disabled not working on background but already error :/
