An API is just a library of functions first thing you need is a DLL. Next create a C# project create a class that has all the functions you want and done

I know how to make a dll file, I have both Visual Studio and Visual Studio code. I AM NOT THAT retarded. But, its other stuff like what language i should use, what the functions should be, what software I should use, stuff like that. I am not 2 freaking years old. Even though I am completely new to making dlls....
