JJSploit weird message

I'm attempting to use the JJSploit thing but when I'm pressing attach to attach to a game (in my instance jailbreak) it comes with this error that says 'JJSploit is not designed to run on windows or contains an error. Try try installing again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. error status 0xc0000020' So I'm just wondering what i should do next? Hold on. Update: Its saying that the dll is missing what should i do?

disable anti virus and reinstall
