It is already updated. You probably have a firewall/anti-virus blocking the update.

It downloades and stuff but when i press run it just loads a little then disapears.

mcafee because my mom keeps paying for it and windows 10 securitey but I disabled both. but jj will download but when i try to open it up i press run and it loads for 2 seconds then goes away.

something still blocking it

double-check to make sure windows defender didn't get enabled after restart
