DLL Missing

I have re-installed countless times, to no avail. Is there a way to fix this? It worked yesterday.

It says:

Error

Could not find DLL! Please reopen JJSploit and wait a few seconds for it to redownload. Disable your anti-virus if its deleting the dll.
My antivirus is disabled and I did the following and reinstalling it.

have 0 idea how to disable it

disable that and make sure windows defender is also disabled

Now it's saying "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software"
