Dll wont update

when ever i download and install jjsploit, it says that the dll could not be updated. i have turned off all of my antivirus and all my firewalls.

i have also tried to follow this: https://wearedevs.net/forum/t/6993 did not work

i just have the standard windows 10 anti-virus thing, i have real time protection off and it will download it, it just wont update the dll
