[Suggestion] Be allowed to change the name/topic of your thread

Add a function where you can change the name/topic of your thread. Cause I have some threads that I want to change the names of, and I also feel like other people who use this forum also would maybe like to have a function like this in the future.

I've always said no to this because it could affect search engine results. I just thought of something though. I should add a grace period that would allow people to edit their threads in the first 15 minutes it was made.
I'll probably apply the idea to thread content as well(Replies and OP). Maybe not... But most probably for titles.
