When ever I try to attach jj to the game the game not found, all my anti viruses are off, i am on windows 7 thought, does that change anything?

Do you know why my jj isn't working it's not attaching to any games i try and it has worked before then i tried to download proxo but that doesn't work too, Mine giving me some advice?
