You just have to click on Decline for some offers otherwise it's safe. There is also an alternate download that does not have any offers (ads). Download it at https://dllinjector.net/

Maybe the WRD website too has the alternate download i'm not sure. Just to be safe, download the alternate download from that website.

The DLL Injector is completely safe. It's made by me, so you have my word. Though you should be read the installer. It has ads. If you don't want what is offered in the advertisements, then you should decline them.
