I would say that you should know C#. Many people start making exploits without knowing C# and it's bad because they would not know how to add new features in their exploits other than what YouTube videos and helpful threads on coding forums show them. I learned C# with Unity but you can learn with anything. You just need a little of experience in C#. If you know enough to read documentation, that good enough to start making exploits. When i wanna add something to an exploit i work on (rn the majority of my time is helping other people, not making them myself), i read the microsoft documentation on what i want then code something from that.

you need to make your exploit hella unique design wise, that means no flat ui, and a whole lot of thinking.

A lot of Exploits these days either based off Synapse X's design or Sentinel's Design, and or based off a crappy free exploit's design, when you make an exploit, you gotta think of designs nobody has thought of before, in fact i design my stuff based off the uis found on mobile devices, which i haven't many people do.

If you're good at coding, one way to make your executor unique is by making your own DLL, but at the same time, most people can't do that.
