[Question] How do I detect when a form is open?

Alright, I know how to make an auto-inject through the use of timers which is really inconsistent because my laptop is a toaster and the fact that it takes a bit of time to actually inject.

What I'm asking is how do I detect when a process' form is open? You can detect when the process is open with Process.length but there's no real way (that I know of) to detect the form.
