krnl is broken

i havent had this problem before ever, i have all my anti virus softwares and anything that could stop krnl from being turned on turned off yet this morning krnl has been telling me whenever i open it the usually thing where it cheks if your bootstrapper is up to date but whenever i click a button to continue it tells me to turn off my anti virus or allow it but i have it off.

whenevery i run the boostrappper it tells me to turn my aitivirus off or allow it to run in my anti vruses settings but both of those things dont seem to help at all. it just tells me 'check ifyour anti-virus software is turned off or has the folder "KRNL" in the exclusion list'

it still hasnt been working, i got the bootsrapper and i launched itand it started checking for updates and seeing if everythings up to date but it just told me that my anti vrus wont allow it but its off
