Hellooo ! im sry this probleme is too popular but in all of threads i've didn't saw a solution so yea dont say in comment check other threads Ty if u have the solution write it pls
And i tried all of other exploits but no one of them worcked for me there is always errors or something like that its just annoying in some time.

Im on windows 7 and it seems just ppl with windows 7 who have this prob

Download windows 10!
Its more secure, free (home edition, but i think you can get pro for free if you purchased windows 7 idk), and you wont loose any files by using microsoft's installer.

Hmmm yea i wish but my pc got some problemes when i use windows 10 so i am obliged to stay on windows 7
