Proximity key sytem wont work

when ever i try to get my key it brings me https://linkvertise.com/103406/ProxoCheckpoint2?o=sharing

and then i use my premuiem account then it says this error code 'bmJzYWoxU1VNL0JoSHVpVEsrYzNQNDdpeGxhZVQzZFdCcDJDVGtsa21hTT0=Please go through the key system to support us :('

 

even tho i did and i cant get pass it HELP ME

i saw some permanent proximity key somewhere
