I'm interested in making a tool that could be of help.
Something like shut-down timer.
I was thinking something that could track your most used apps and websites and the form would start up when you log on and you could choose to open those apps or websites.
Unsure how hard that would be.
Ideas?

I think task mananger does this when u click runtime or something like that

If I understood you correctly, you want to track how long you use each application?(you didn't specify platform, I'm assuming Windows 7)

Quick google search led me to these articles.

If you just don't want to use it but create it, you can try to look for their sources or at worse, try to decompile them.

oof you got them both wrong
Windows 10.
And I always use C#.
