After I downloaded filter I couldn't open it as it couldn't open something cause it was detected as a virus so I enabled it on my computer so I can use filter but now I am getting advertisments on my computer because of it and its often about online dating sites.

Download a good anti virus. If the anti virus won't download just reset your infected hard drive. Or remove it manually

Go into safe boot and disable any suspicious programs from startup and remove them. Also check task scheduler and delete really suspicious startup tasks or tasks you won't need. Then booting back normally, no ads should pop out. Then download a good trusted antivirus to track down the adware. Then you should be good. If you wanna continue to exploit, use a really popular exploit such as JJSploit, Krnl, oxygen u or any big exploit on the front page except Dansploit. Or buy a large exploit.
