so basically it started today i downloaded soemthing on my computor and i think it was infected, i deleted it but my computor frezzes for like 3 seconds inconstantly and i can't install malware bytes beacuse its on a school laptop and i don't have the privileges to install software. anway is there a way to locate the malware and delte it into the trash?

Okay, here's the easiest way to save your PC (you are gonna lose all your files):
- Get a USB stick, you will need one
- Get a separate computer, you will flash windows on that USB and you probably don't want anything to get infected
- Plug the USB in the separate computer
- Go on https://www.microsoft.com/fr-ca/software-download/windows10ISO (in the separate computer) and download Windows 10
- Run through the flashing on a USB, you will need to select the option to flash it to a media, then select your USB
- Congrats, Windows 10 is on your USB, now turn off the infected computer, and when it's off, plug the USB in it
- Boot the computer and go to BIOS/UEFI (usually done by pretty F2 very fast just after you press the power button). Then, when you are in the BIOS/UEFI, go to boot options (usually F8) and select the USB containing Windows, not your main windows install.
- Then, you run through the Windows install, and select the option to format and install, nothing else (PLEASE).
- Now that Windows is installed, you will need to reboot and run through the typical install, which is what most people having a laptop or a prebuilt desktop are used to.
- Done! Only thing is that all your files are lost
Alternatively you could try Tron script but in general it won't remove everything.
