Yeah extreme injector is really common and is trusted, as long as you download it from the original source which is unknowncheats. It's still in use these days, however, a lot of more modern cheats have switched to performing the DLL injection themselves with .NET or similar UIs. This site does still have some dedicated .DLL exploits, but as I've stated, they're not too common. It's simply more convenient to get some sort of debugger/Lua executor along with a dedicated aimbot/ESP script.
