Being a support member in 7 ROBLOX-exploiting related Discord servers is frustrating.

Now the reason for this discussion is to talk about my experience of being a support member.
So during my beginning times as a support member, it wasn't so bad. I would get pretty reasonable support questions and I would help them out on it, but then came in my other servers that I became support in, and oh boy were they stupid.
I would be asked questions in DM's such as "is this exploit a virus", and I would have to give a explanation about how people use paid eword and executors such as krnl still and they are detected as false-positives, so why think the same for this executor?!
Another question I would be asked is "the exploit is crashing on getting a key!1" and I would ask them if they extracted files correctly, they say yes. And then comes in the screen share, and they all lied to me, they only extracted the #!^&ing .exe file of the executor and not anything else, and they would still say "oh but i did extract correctly see" and I would be yelling at them to do it properly and guiding them through it.
And one more common question I would get is "exploit keeps getting delete by nothing!1" and I see that their antivirus just turned back on and they say it got deleted by nothing, oh my god how blind do you need to be there is a notification saying something dangerous was deleted by Windows Defender, are you !@^@ing blind you moron?!
Anyways, that was my experience as being a support member in servers, if you were a support member in a server, I would like to hear it in the comments of this forum ,anyways by now.
