Thats because
There is no working exploit that is not detected by an antivirus. There are DLLs in there that are falsely detected. If it isn't a functional exploit then yeah it won't be detected but if its a working exploit it will be detected.

It doesn't exist alright? You're tryna do exploiting in Roblox. Get it? Exploiting and it's nature will get detected by an antivirus because lua executors are technically doing unethical stuff.
Detections on executors are false positives. Which means the antivirus mistakes it for something malicious. Turn off your antivirus, find a trusted executor, and download. Theres no other option.

ok so lets get oversimplified here
so in an exploit there is something called injector
its the thing to put the exploit (dll) in roblox so u can execute scripts
but anti viruses dont like that (bc they are total poop)
so there is no exploit without virus detection by windows sorry about dat :(
