need help with krnl

can someone help me with krnl i have used it before but now when I ran the bootstrapper krnlss is a notepad
i have my antivirus off completely and I have tried multiple times

i didnt put it in the thread so is my fault I wanted to know if someone has experienced it and knew how to fix it

Can you explain the problem more in detail?
What file did you open?
Do you have winrar installed?
Did you unzip?

i have winrar this is the steps I did
I installed from krnl.rocks then I extracted it into a folder with winrar then I ran the bootstrapper then it installed something called 7z dll then a new folder in the folder and when I open the new folder I see krnlsss but its a notepad (note i opened the new folder after the bootstrapper finished)
