first you gotta check if the member has roles so you can go to

you can define the roles if you go to discord.js.org and find Message.guild.roles.
This is a short explanation because i dont really wanna share a whole piece of code when you could literally look this up but /shrug
you can use the npm package "ms" and set a timeout function to the time you gave it whatever you defined "args" as the first item in array, etc
