i've paid for it, it went through, it said applying perks and then i got this error

i tried it again and got the error again? can anyone help me? i don't want a refund or anything as money isn't a problem for me but i'd like the perks.

Are you sure you paid for it? An error wouldn't usually show up there. Correct me if i'm wrong
