[QUESTION] Special question for Wabz.

Hey,
I have an question. I made an website (on localhost) and it generates a random key in php. I made an application that checks for the key inside of it, but it says it's invalid. Could you help me? The way I can only contact is for example Chanty (an app for organsations, etc.). I'd really like that. Thanks!
If you need the code for the random key generator, just type to me in this app. Also just contact me here when you did the things with the app.
btw i'd also appreciate some help from others. thanks for any replies.

localhost is local, only people on your network can see/visit/interact with it

@TaxiDriver08 yep... i just made a code that generates random string, and the application (C#) reads the text and if it's the same as in the website, it just says that it's ok... wabz should make it working i guess.

Saying it's "invalid" isn't very helpful. What's wrong exactly? Also, add code snippets so people can help debug it.

@AIpha, so basically i was trying to make a key system with a localhost website.
I made there a string generator, and then i made a code in the app that IT reads the key and says if its valid or not, and IT said its not.
I think its something with the code in the application.
Code snippet ill give tommorow, i was typinh this on phone rn.

This will definitely not work. Key systems are wayyy more complicated than this. And require a lot of checks for security. For example, not letting people share keys, making sure the user cant visit the site without linkvertise, etc etc.
Bottom line is, you cannot just generate random strings and do DownloadString.
