WPF is made with C# its just like forms but has another language combined (XAML).I reccomend making a project(WPF) .Deleting and adding nothing in there make an injector and then after a wait of atleast 9000 ms (await Task.Delay(9000)) it closes by itself.
Note: You could also use AxonSimpleUI's Injector. here

@truth You can just make a console application and go to settings and set it to Windows Application to make an insivisible injector.
