Problem w/ live-streaming on youtube

(Btw I'm on mobile)

However, I verified my phone number, and I didn't get any copyright strikes or I didn't violate any guidelines in the past 90 days. Hellppp

@indigiz As far as I know Youtube has updated its terms and policies now u need to have a specific subscribers before u start streaming and that is prolly the reason u cant stream. Anyways, Supports confirmation will be a better idea.
