Impossible through the client, that's done by the server. There are 2 different thing methods and scripts

Methods:

Client - when executing guis etc will appear on your client so whatever your seeing when executing through your program no one else will see. (What happens when executing scripts through your exploit)
Server - basiclly the game, so what ever happens when the server executes code it will appear for everyone.

Scripts:

Script - used for the server
Local Script - used for the client (used when executing the script with your exploit)
Module script - basically a lua source container, executes once and returns with a value.
