There's either two reasons you cannot talk in the server:

Did you solve the captcha required to talk in the normal channels? There will be a channel named "verify-here". If that's the case type "c/verify" then follow the instructions.
Were you muted by the moderator bot or by a mod? If you talk about exploits the bot will automaticly mute you.

What's your Discord username? I can ask a mod about it.
