Member's Username Color changing depending on his rep

i think this would be cool.

if you dont know what do i mean then basically if someone has a good rep (for example 10+ rep) his username color should be changed to green, but if the user has for example 10- rep his username color should be changed to red

if it's neutral then just white, as it is now

idk that's just my opinion

guys we should give administrator and a custom badge at 20 rep because the person is very highly repped
