A feature where everyone that posts in complaints (and maybe mods e) get access to a button that will mark the complaint solved or ongoing. That way it's easier for everyone to tell if the user still has issues or not

It would also be nice if the thread post locks/archives after that because then there's just random people saying stuff completely irrelevant to the thread

ie one for support, solved, question, and CW
