file_put_contents() not doing anything

@RiceUsesArchBtw It was my decision so you are either helping me with my decision and what I am trying to program or just don't reply.

@Reversed Security is important to me, and probably to you and all other programmers. But, as you mentioned that "no one will use your project" - I never said that I would make this public, or it would be a project that would be available to everyone. I test it myself or ask someone to test something for me. Well, maybe I will add MySQL in my future ideas, but I am not going to take this code seriously and I am not going to make this project my main one.
