I deleted comet but every time i open roblox it asks me to allow roblox launcher to make changes and comet opens even though the program is deleted

Probably the launcher didn't get deleted. Find the Roblox launcher location and delete the comet launcher.

well comet drops a registry key in registry to ask u if u wanna open comet launcher instead of roblox launcher so go rummaging for that.
