step 1: make two buttons in xaml, then edit their names to open file and save file - which is easy u can search that up

step 2: go to the code behind and for those instances put in the code to 'open file' using openfiledialog component (very easily u can find by searching up), and then do the same with save file

Step 1: Create a button.

Step 2: Head to the events.

Step 3: Double Click On the empty box next to Click.

and Paste this Code.

OpenFile();

 

I wrote this on mobile so it may have errors but good luck hope this helps also make sure to put this into Grid.loaded it makes the open file dialog run instantly.
