[RELEASE] dnSpy themes

hello i have recently discovered that dnSpy actually has themes and i have converted a bunch of rider themes or whatever (these are just the dark ones i didn't bother with any of the light ones)

if you don't know how to apply a dnSpy theme drag the themes into the dnSpy\bin\Themes folder and then restart dnSpy and choose them here.
