Roblox executor that doesnt get flagged by symantec?

So i have a laptop that has so many restrictions set that i cant disable any antivirus, and i have symantec. i cant use command promp ot task manager to end the task and i cant delete it, anyone know an executor that wont get quarantined by symantec? or  away to bypass symantec? lmk.

downloaded it, dont know how to use it, but it didnt remove any files so ig thats good

at this point id just reinstall windows without all the bulls*it the producer installed..
