Couldn't work on the exploit because of my computer

Sidenote: I forgot my main acc password but it's listed on a txt file in my laptop

When I load my computer, it says user account control of something couldn't be loaded.

I tried doing the safe boot with networking using Reddit to edit the .bak folder.

But it won't save. (I ran it as administrator.)
