Module 1 not found?

Bro, quite literally my guy, we got no problemos except like one, and if you ask me, I got like no clue my dudes, basically whenever I do "Attatch", the flux thing whatever pops up, says things are loading then also says Could not find module (1), then closes and I can practially spam attatch and this happens, it doesn't affect anything, but doesn't allow me to attatch, and before you respond saying take down fire wall and anti virus, that's already done, reinstalled, already done, added bonus packages, d o n e, this is windows 11, with literally no solution that I've found, so if yalls got an answer for me, hit me up.
