4/10. Buttons are oversized, reduce the height even more. Overused editor too, make the background color to something brighter, and maybe center the title?

Effort: 5/10 (not really hard to slap buttons on a UI)

Overall review: the ui is good, if it's for a 2018 winforms ui, u can improve on it a lot by watching 1 turtorial
