[Release] Linear Regression in pure Lua

I made this to show that lua isn't useless (ofc you can probs make this in any language ._.). Machine learning is practically now, and I wanted to show that lua can be used for machine learning. I will release a simple neural network next (won't be very simple).

If you find any spelling mistakes (I'm pretty sure I fixed them all) or any miss-concepts (probably a bad term to use) in the code or the explanation dm me on discord or wrd or respond and I'll quickly fix/check what I did incorrectly.

If you'd like to see more just respond with a suggestion.

any turing complete language can be used for machine learning.
