Hi! Basically, I can't rep people anymore. This is the error

Its lets me rep you tho.... are you using a vpn or proxy and if not try logging out then in again

I'm not using a vpn + I tried it again, and it still doesnt work

Rating still worked with a valid request. The problem was the UI was failing to report that your rating text was too short. That's why David was still able to rep you. I'ved fixed the UI's rejection message. Thank you for reporting it
