From my last message, when i run jjsploit.exe it says, "This app cannot run on this pc, check it with publisher" MY ANTIVIRUS IS OFF, aand i need help

Btools, effects and scripts are only for my screen, im using JJSploit, also sometimes when i put a command or a script, it crashes.
