[Urgent][HELP] JJSploit v4 won't downlad!

I run on a windows 10 computer with AVG and the basic windows antivirus. I loved using JJSploit v3 to troll and have fun on ROBLOX, however now I have to use JJSploit v4 but the installer won't work. Can somebody make a .RAR package or help me fix it? Thanks!

double check your antivirus is disabled and make sure safe browsing on chrome is disabled
