I just found the hackiest method ever to clear CSS cache on web clients...

Rename the file and paramaterize it with version numbers for convenience lmfao

<link href="script_1.1.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"/> <!-- version 2 -->
<link href="script_1.2.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"/> <!-- version 3 -->

Its not practical, but it works; thus a hacky method
