Cant get the proxo key to work

I follow the steps and everything but whenever I put in the key it says "This authentication key was not generated on this machine."

I keep downloading proxo over and over again but whenever I retrieve the key I get the same message

open the link in incognito and make sure you're not using a vpn or proxy

are you using any sort of proxy or vpn
