So when I get proxo open and running, and I click the syringe thingy at the top right corner (Inject) when I click it it just says 'Roblox is not open!' even tho it is and I am inside a game, I tried rejoining and redownloading but nothing works, I have the lastest version (2.0.9)

What do I do?

You anti virus is affecting the exploit

Make sure its fully disabled, then reinstall the exploit
