Most exploits I try to use will open up a command prompt that contains the phrase "access is denied" in the error code. For other exploits, it will say "contact the support", or just won't launch. I tried disabling the AV, and running as admin but still the same. I have all the Microsoft Visual installed.

Used to have McAFee, but it expired, so it's just the windows defender. Also have IOBit but its not in charge for real-time protection.

try also uninstalling IOBit, then double check that windows defender is disabled

after that reinstall the exploit
