Redboy,Proxy key enter problem

How to solve these both problems
A.Failed to contact server,Please check your ainti-virus and internet connection
My internet connection is fast,and My avast is disabled,so whats the problem?
B.Unexpected error occured please screenshot this message box with the following error message included in the screenshot and then send it to a member of support in our discord;Invalid length for a base-64 char array or string.
this problem is from red boy the A is both,I dont know why this is happening to me,I need someones help to solve this,but im sticking to chaosity until these both are solved

A: is avast web shield disabled and also make sure windows defender is disabled
B: same as above, but once they are disabled, reinstall redboy

You could just exclude the exploit in wondows defender

Some exploits dont trip the av while others do

Im too confused now,I deleted all my exploit and redownload redboy,that didnt solve yet,And it still says the B thing,Redownloading with avast disabled is totally not the solution at all.

Umm i did disable the window defender by going to setting and go to window defender and press off to real time scan,like i did in the website says,Redboy and proxy are working before the update though,Any other way?
