Proxo Submit Key "Fail"

Whenever I enter the key in the space (provided) it fails and reads back as "Failed to contact server, please check your anti-virus and internet connection!" I've already disabled my anti-virus and windows defender. I am confused, why is this occuring just now? it hasn't happened to me in the past. It's all so sudden...

could be your firewall

try adding proxo to not be blocked by da firewall

Make sure your anti virus fully disabled then reinstall proxo

that includes windows defender

yeah i agree, it does not work no matter what i do, i have everything turned off and it should work.
