IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED, CHAOSITY VIRUS

Okay so. I am not newbie to the site and used its hacks and exploits previously aswell. But today, I went to the wearedevs.net and downloaded Chaosity, like a casual exploit I would. I completed all the stuff etc etc.. I enjoyed exploiting well, when I closed it, a cmd appeared and sayed something in my language, I couldn't read the whole as it disappeared, but I could read "Modified". When I tried to log into discord, it said they detected that this is a new IP, well I realised the retard program changed my IP. Then I ran a virus scan and it said barely anything. Also, then I tried to delete the file/mapp of Chaosity, it said it requires Administrator perks to delete that file, I applied the Administrator rights, but it refused to delete the file. I am pretty sure it is a virus. I need immediate help to remove it.
